• We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £20.
• We operate a same day dispatch service on all orders placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays & public holidays).
• Orders placed after 3.00pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day (excluding bank holidays & public holidays).
• Whether it be Royal Mail or DPD, they aim to deliver your parcels within the designated time frame chosen but on occasion delays could occur due to many factors out of our control. Please allow 5 working days after the date we dispatched your order to contact us so we can investigate with the relevant handler. Unfortunately we are unable to investigate or replace any missing deliveries notified to us after 10 working days.
